Agreement for the processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with the Federal Law 152-FZ «On Personal Data» of 27.07.2006, you confirm your consent to processing by the company <KOMPANIA> personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification)Use, transfer exclusively for the purpose of selling software to your name as described below, blocking, depersonalizing, destruction.  

OÜ AgroVet  guarantees confidentiality of received information. The processing of personal data is carried out for the effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by SIA AgroVet  as mandatory.  

If you need to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. OJSC AgroWet  guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software will protect personal data under conditions similar to those set out in the Privacy Policy.  

This consent applies to the following personal data: surname, first name and patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, contact phone, payment details.  

The duration of consent is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to: Belgorod region, village. Severny, Str. Berezovaya, 3, pp. 1A, of. 307 marked «Revocation of consent to processing of personal data».  

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the removal of your account from the Internet site (https:///agrovet-export.com/), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data, in the personal data processing systems of AgroVet LLC, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of AgroVet LLC.  

I guarantee that the information I have provided is complete, accurate and reliable, and that the submission of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. All the submitted information is filled by me regarding myself personally.  

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
